No, you do not need to be home during the estimate. If the estimate request is filled out with specific information, our estimator can perform the estimate without you having to be there. If there are questions regarding your estimate request, our office staff or the estimator will call you to clarify the information. However, if you wish to be present at the time of the estimate, we will call you to set up a time that our estimator can come and meet with you.

Most tree work estimates are completed within 3 business days. Once your estimate is typed up on our computer, we will e-mail it to you. Or, if you prefer to receive your estimate by regular mail, just let us know and we will mail it to you.

• If a tree is dead or clearly dying

• If a tree is causing an obstruction that is impossible to correct through pruning

• If it is crowding or harming other tree

There are many conditions that can cause a tree to become a nuisance or even hazardous. If you suspect your tree has become unsafe or if you are in a full-blown emergency, please call our tree removal service immediately, or complete an on-line request for a free estimate.

You do not need to be present while the work is done. We create a detailed work order that includes the services you have ordered, their specifications, and an accurate map of your property. All work is performed under the direction of a professional supervisor and with an experienced crew, so you can be confident that your property is in good hands.

All wood and debris is removed from the job site when your tree work is completed, unless otherwise specified. If you would like us to leave the wood at your jobsite, please let our office know at the time of scheduling your estimate. Also, if we remove a tree and grind the stump, you will need to let us know if you would like us to haul away the stump mulch. There is a separate charge to haul away the stump mulch.
